I am a BACP registered Integrative counsellor in based in Cornwall. I approach counselling as a fellow human rather than an “expert” on your life. I believe the answers often already exist within you, and my role is to provide a compassionate, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we can reflect, gain insight, and find ways to move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

My professional background has included working as a caseworker for a charity, where I supported victims of crime. Much of my work involved helping adults, children, and young people who had experienced domestic abuse and sexual violence. Through this, I developed extensive experience in supporting people with a wide range of needs, including those who are neurodiverse.

I have a strong passion for helping clients connect with their true selves and live more authentically. I recognise that the challenges we face—both past and present—can shape how we see ourselves and sometimes hold us back from the life we want to live. My aim is to sit alongside you as you explore these experiences, and to support you in finding greater happiness, purpose, and self-acceptance.

I offer a warm, compassionate approach and provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and work through whatever feels most important to you.

Weds, Thursdays Fridays after 6pm online/ telephone
