A 60 minute face-to-face session takes place in a calm, private, therapy room at Boost House in Liskeard. Each session is full hour as apposed to the counselling hour (50 mins), giving you unhurried time to settle, talk, and reflect without feeling rushed. Free Parking and clear directions are provided.
